Jumlah Masa Untuk Disiapkan   5 minit 
1 hidangan = Kalori 297kcal 

Bahan-bahan 

1) 2 cawan ketulan mangga masak (atau beku) 
2) 2-3 Sudu besar jus limau nipis segar 
3) 2 cawan air kelapa tanpa gula 
4) Secubit serbuk cayenne 


Arahan 

Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam pengisar mengikut susunan yang diberikan di atas.
Kisar sehingga sebati atau tekstur yang dikehendaki. 


Nota 

Gunakan buah beku atau tambah ais jika anda suka smoothie anda pekat.
